Credit Builder Loan

Our share secured Credit Builder loan enables members to establish credit or repair damaged credit ratings. The money borrowed is secured in a share savings account for the term of the loan. Dividends are paid on the money while you establish or re-establish your credit history. Once successfully paid in full, the funds can be withdrawn from the share account as desired.

How it works:

Loan amount: $1000.00  deposited and held in separate share account
3.85  Documentary Stamps Tax to State of Florida
  $1003.85  Total loan amount
Interest rate: 4.50%  Annual Percentage Rate
Term: 12 months
Monthly payment:  $85.71

Payment history is reported monthly to the credit reporting agencies.

Once the loan is paid in full, the hold will be release and the member may withdraw the $1,000.00 plus any earned dividends.
