Union Accounts. You can call GABY, our audio response teller, from a
touch-tone phone, any time of the day or night. Just press a few

It's safe, easy and there's no charge.
When you call GABY, our audio response teller, you will be guided
through the transaction you wish to make. You simply push the
buttons on your touch-tone phone to enter the information requested.
You will need your account number and either the last four digits of
your social security number or another four digits of your choice
with every transaction. This is your personal identification number
(PIN) which insures complete privacy and security.
And . . there's no charge for using GABY.
GABY's Helpful Tips
You must use a touch-tone phone to operate GABY. Call 941.924.9378
Personal Identification Number (PIN) must be used to access GABY.
You can change your PIN anytime.
GABY automatically inserts decimal points (i.e. $100.75 should be
keyed in as 10075).
Easy To Follow Instructions
GABY will guide you through each step. Refer to the "Menu" and GABY
example.
EXAMPLE
Here's an example of how to find out your checking account balance
using our GABY service.
You Dial: 941-924-9378
GABY Says: Welcome to WCFECU GABY service. Enter your savings
account number, as it currently appears on your statement, followed
by the #.
You: Enter your savings account number #.
GABY Says: Enter your four-digit PIN number followed by the
#.
You: Enter your PIN number #.
GABY Says: For account information press 1.
You: Press 1
GABY Says: For share, share draft, club, certificate and IRA
information press 1. For loan inquiries press 2.
You: Press 1 or 2
GABY Says: Enter suffix number, followed by the # sign.
You: Enter suffix number, requested followed by the # (00#
shares).
GABY Says: Balance is (your balance), Amount available (your
available balance).
